These General Conditions apply to all visitors at www.h3dmoto.com as well as to any commercial transactions made through the h3dmoto.com online store.

Navigation on the site, as well as the purchase of any products on H3D website, implies by the User and the Customer the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in its entirety.

When ordering, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

H3D reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions without prior notice, and any changes should be published on www.h3dmoto.com.

Products for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible and may not be exactly the same as the products delivered to Customer.

The photographs shown on the site are illustrative. We recommend that you consult product details for information about their characteristics.

All F2R and H3D products have a 2 year warranty against defects of production.

For non-F2R or H3D brand products, the warranty period is defined by the brand owner. Please check with us at store@h3dmoto.com for specific products.

Any return or exchange of articles must comply with the following condition:

Refund of the articles in good condition (in conditions of sale), with original packaging in good condition, with the respective invoice. If the packaging is damaged and the articles have obvious use marks, we can not accept the exchange or return of the value.

You have a period of 20 days after receiving the order to make the exchange or return.

Should you wish to exchange or return any of your items, please contact our Customer Service at store@h3dmoto.com, to communicate the intention of exchange or return, indicating the order number or invoice number, products to be returned and reason.

After this contact will be given the indications to follow the exchange or return. In any situation do not send the items without previous contact. After contacting our Customer Service and giving you the return/exchange instructions, you must send us the properly conditioned article, under the conditions mentioned above.

If you choose to return the value, we inform you that the cost of shipping to our address is borne by the customer, except for customers injured by the transportation or technical problem of the product. In these cases the shipping costs will be assumed by HDND, Lda – F2R & H3D Group. Refunds will be made for the total value of the order (products plus shipping costs), unless the reason for the return is not the responsibility of our service – in these cases will be deducted, at the value of the refund, shipping costs. Returns will only be made after checking the condition of the product and complying with the conditions described above.

By providing your IBAN and confirming this payment, you are authorizing F2R | H3D Group and Stripe, our payment service provider, to send instructions to your bank to debit your account and your bank to debit your account in accordance with those instructions. You are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited.

• Credit Card – Pay with your credit card (by Stripe).

• PayPal – Pay via PayPal. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

• SOFORT – You will be redirected to SOFORT.

Prices shown on this website include VAT at the legal rate in force when the price is placed in the shopping cart.

Despite the efforts of HDND, Lda – F2R & H3D Group, some products may be listed incorrectly, so we check the prices every time we process the orders. If the price of the product is lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we will inform the Customer by email and we will wait for your decision to accept the new proposal or cancel the order.

All items shown on this site are available*, unless typo or stock break. In case of change in prices, products are invoiced with the current price at the time of registration of the order.

*There are exceptions in which a product is not available for immediate shipping (and that information is visible on the product description with the estimated shipping date). When placing an order with one or more of these products, that order will only be shipped when all products ordered become available. If the client asks afterwards to receive the available items beforehand, an additional shipping fee will be charged.

Discount coupons are transferable, but may only be used one per purchase, unless otherwise specified in the discount coupon itself. Value discount coupons can only be applied to items with a value greater than the discount coupon itself. Promotions, discounts and discount coupons are not cumulative. Value discount coupons can not, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item to which you applied the discount coupon following the normal return procedure as described in the section dedicated to ‘Exchanges and Returns’. Once you accept your return, the respective code will be reset to its original value.

The difference in price between the value discount coupon and the item you purchased will be fully refunded following the normal return procedure.
